as for updates, it is updated regularly, it's just not been updated further to prevent malfunction of certain scripts that users run on their sites.
We are waiting for full support of the newer versions of php and apache to update the servers.

Versions used on FriHost, as at 7th October 2006:
Apache: 1.3.37
MySQL: 4.1.21
PHP: 4.4.4
Perl: 5.8.5
I've taken all these version numbers from Server 1 (as that's where my account is), but the versions should be the same as on server 2
