has nebody heard of her....she a tennis player from India...recently beat Hingis.
How do u ppl rate her as a player?
Well here current rating in singles is 41 so not much special BUT she did beat Hingis lately.
If you want more info on here go to her unofficial fan site

Have fun
Well yea.. I know her.. but more than Her abiltyis I know about What the Indian Citizens did her.
They did for her the death and HEll... and all that for what she wore on tennis games....
It's just sucks what they did to her.. but this is their damn costums (and I really don't get it.. but that's an another story).
Sania Mirza is yet to stabilized her form. Once her form is stabilized I can see her beating just anyone. But it may take some more time till this happens. Fans should just leave her without giving undue pressures to perform. Her future is definitely bright. Her ability to surprise anyone came when he beat Martina Hingis in Korea open recently....
She made a decent run at the US open two years ago... covered her story very well. Let's hope she gets that ranking up so we can see more of her.
she has been doin good to break into the top 50. It's nice to see someone of her potential and her age play for india. good luck sania....
she is the indian sensation a very good looking figure and talented tennis player. Hope she doe not go off the track and look more into modelling than playing
getting offtrack is like a tradition is indian sports...the moment someone plays well enough to get noticed...he/she'll get mobbed by the ad deals and sponserships etc...and soon the game takes a back seat.
Same thing happened with cricketers...Dhoni, Pathan, Dravid, Sachin to name a few...and I'm pretty much confident Sania mirza is following the same path.
But yeah she got a nice figure
well she makes every indian proud of her being INDIAN and of course me.... anyways in india people face all sorts of pressures and thats why i feel they tend to shine but then things start going in opposite ways..
I read an article recently on Sania, how her serve was no good, how her backhand is weak and so forth.
The problem lies with the lack of training in India to a large extent. Also pressure is a different ball game in India. You got more than 1 billion folks wanting you to achieve something great. She rose as high as Rank 31 ( i think) in the world at one point. Compared to 2005, 2006 has been disappointing for her
Well meaning no disrespect but the indians really make something of nothing. She is not that good a player as much the indians are blabbing about her. She just made it to the top fifties for india and might be something for them but on the world level she is not that good.

I agree. We gave her too much hype than what she's actually worthy of.
I hope she will reach more height in her talent..............
more over she is nice looking.......
winning honour for her country in her little age...
Currently preparing for asian games.....lets see what will she do ....
hope she does well. She has definitely got talent but sometimes loses nerve at crucial situations. Just makes a bit more unforced errors that she should be doing.
All the best for her.
