i developed my site/and pages/plugins in my local machine's localhost(127.0.0.1) and now i want to import all the contents/pages and database in the FRIH server. is it possible? if i can import the database then i wont have to reinstall it again, yes? if yes then all the pages would act like before in the localhost(127.0.0.1)

Yeah, this should work fine. For the files, just upload all of them to your FriHost site, it should work fine.
For the database, you could use something like MySQL Administrator or phpMyAdmin to get a backup of your local database. Once you have a backup, you can restore it on the FriHost server, using phpMyAdmin (found in DirectAdmin).
