I think Dreamweaver or FrontPage is good for WYSIWYG coders... For a free non-WYSIWYG use HTML-Kit, I give that an A+ Wink

Dont use frontpage, it has less options and is less handy as dreamweaver.
But if you want a free or legal editor look http://www.mpsoftware.dk/phpdesigner.php Its a good one for a free program

the most realistic method is to either use notepad or buy dreamweaver if you have spare cash. Knowing basic html is still essentail for dreamweaver, so search for some tutorials on google.
