Integrating Mp3s Into Flash?

Extremely sorry if this has already been asked, but i've scanned through the last 10 pages of this forum and haven't found anything about it...

Would it be OK to integrate Mp3 files into flash, or is this yet again not allowed? I'm assuming it's not, but am still asking as it would be a gigantic help to me if I could.

If not, would I be allowed to stream the music on my flash website from another source (oh, say... the author's website or something)?

Yet again, sorry if this has been asked (i'm sure it has, but can find no record of it).

You're not allowed to use copyrighted music even as a sound-track. The only mp3s and sound you can use on your site are non-copyrighted tracks, or tracks written and performed by yourself.

I guess in your case, that's a "no" but if you do have music you've written and performed yourself that you want to use, please request permission in the "Request an Account Change" forum.

If everything youre doing is legal then all you have to do is go to File/Import/To Library and choose the song you want to put in your flash.
Once imported go to a frame and look at the properties and from there place the track you just imported.

Is it alright to have an mp3 playing on your site if it's not hosted from the site itself?
