Where are servers located.
Both in the United States (Dallas) in the Savvis datacenter.
If i want to have Google Ads, they ask if i own a webserver of hosting service in the US, i don't own 1 if i just have a frih acc right?

No that's indeed not the case. The dataserver owns the server.
