You don't use photoshop for animated gif. You use imageready.

image ready is not easy to use use GIF animator
i havnt been usin photoshop alot or for long and image ready for animation seem varily easy. just a matter of clickin the frame u want changed goin bk to photoshop editor hiden a layer n showin the other u want then bk to image ready again n repeat that weh every frame u want animated, cudnt be any easier than that.
