someone telling me about angel and devil will always beside us. the angel will tell us to doing right things and the devil will telling us to not doing right things. are they really exist in our world? how do we know they are beside us, around us, seeing us, helping us...?

If you are under 13 please talk to your mom and ask for an explanation. If you are a bit older feel free to visit your local church and ask a priest, or a nun. In both cases don't give up when they smack you over the head (nuns don't smack you, they just pinch you really hard). Demand an explenation.
Since you are asking theese questions i suppose that you don't see the angels and devila. That's a good thing
If you ever start seeing them feel free to smack yourself (or pinch yourself really hard). Please don't tell anyone you saw any angels or devils or you will go to a bad place. A place that has no internet connection for you 
Not seeing them but only hearing from them is just as bad. If you do something like jump of a roof, or try to walk on water tell people that video-games made you do it. That will work perfectly and only gaming companies will get blamed. But on the other hand, if you confess that a devil told you to set the couch on fire you will probably go to the same bad place. With no internet connection.
Take care and don't dismiss my advice

And back to the topic... Sometimes there is that kind of situation that we have mixed thoughts about some matter. One part of us wants to do something, and another one says that we shouldn't. This is normal, and normally happens in a moderate degree [unless you're a schizophrenic]. But I wouldn't call it angels or devils, these are just different thoughts inside your mind. And the pictures of a little angel and a little devil speaking to you, very popular in films or cartoons, was invented for kids to undestand this.
However, I do believe in angels. That means, in immaterial [or at least, having no material body in our universe] and intelligent [I guess far more intelligent than us, though I have no arguments for this] creatures, having a mind and a spirit. And in demons, that means, angels which decided to turn away from God. But, as I consider them, they don't have much in common with those red creatures with horns.

And now i would like to say something on the subject myself. The thing you wanted to talk about (cviken) is probbably consciousness.
Definition: Consciousness is a quality of the mind generally regarded to comprise qualities such as subjectivity, self-awareness, sentience, sapience, and the ability to perceive the relationship between oneself and one's environment. It is a subject of much research in philosophy of mind, psychology, neurology, and cognitive science.
It's the mind that decides what is good and what is bad because nothing is strictly good or strictly bad. There are no little angel that tells you what is good but your mind processes the information about the subject and 'decides' if something is good.
i dont beleive this.. u on a path, u follow it... no angels around you or devils... it is all your own choices which u 'seem' 2 have to make...
I don't believe in the devil and I don't know what to believe about angels. I think they could be like spirit guides who I do believe are always about to help us.

We know what is right and what is wrong, but sometimes we may have a problem choosing to do the right thing and it can be like two parts of our brain telling us two different things. One part of us (angel) is saying "it's wrong, don't do it" while the other part (devil) is saying "go on, nobody will know" or "it's not going to hurt anyone".

It is true that the devil wants you to do bad things but you will never now that it is he that is putting a suggestion in your head or giving you some other temptation. He is much too clever for that. Remember that he was once an angel. He has all the knowledge of angels and has been observing humans for a very long time.
Angels do not tell you what to do. They protect you from the devil so that he cannot tempt you.
