hi all. just posting to see who all of your favourate soccer player of all time. personally mine is Eric Cantona or Ryan Giggs. i would really like to know who you think is the best.

Man, the options of your poll are pathetic......I wouldn't vote for any of them. There are so many players of the world that are better: Cristiano Ronaldo, Zidane, Ronaldinho and many others.
All footballers are overpaid, greedy, unintelligent scumbags. It's becoming harder and harder to enjoy the sport because of the people involved. Players, managers, agents, directors -they're all ruining the game.
I think that the football players such as cristiano, zidane, ronaldinho ect are so much better than the options in the poll, and it is also true that they are overpaid, but not scum! What do you think about Pele?

Diego Maradona - great player with a soul.
From those days - Zidane..
And in this time.. defentlly - Ronaldinho (maybe he didn't do anything this year Yet.. but 2 past years were amazy for him)

Cristiano Ronaldo? He is still only young and he is nowhere near being one of the best players of all time! He doesnt have the experience and he is not a complete player yet. Roy Keane is the best player in my opinion as he had the best determination of any other soccer player ever, he could score goals and he rarly messed up a pass. Legend plus he was born two houses down from me in Co.Cork Ireland.

Yes Pele was a great player but no one really knows how good he really was because he played in the brazillian league whuch is not exactly the best league in the world. If he came to europe we would of really seen what he was mde of playing harder opposition dayin dayout.
We have all the seen the highlights of him and he looks like a great player but with a bit of music and some off any players best moments in a clip it can make even the worst of players look good.

I have seen Maradona play so does Pele. For me Maradona is the all great time. I don't think anyone can replace his place in football.

how much do you know or football?? those are unvotable!!! really, i could've tried hard to think in worse options, but i couldn't have possibly thought of such pathetic options, in what where you thinking? where are pele or maradona? beckenbauer? cruyff? and if you want more recent players... zidane please!! who on this planet is RIGGS??? are you serious?
George Best! He is my favourite ever since I've watched his video clips. All I can say is that he's really talented, and not a single defender on Earth could have stopped him. I think only Ronaldo (when he's still young of course) could match up with his skill. Instead of the boring teamwork in soccer, George Best was the only one who could penetrate the defense just by his individual skill. He is amazing!
I choose Thierry Henry,he is really strong.I saw he since i watched his video clips.His defence and attack are so strong and good....
I think all these great teams and players of of the last dacades would have no chance today, as the game became much faster and more technical, so I choose Therry Henry.
