moin ^^ im looking after a Screencapter,maker or something...
if i looking a film or something XD and want to capture a scene, i cant save it -.- and now i need a programm to make it ^^

As the mod said, go the forum he gave you you will probably find your answer there, but i didn't got your question, tell me if i missuderstood you;

You want to have a screen caturing programm like Camtasia to capture a scene of a movie? I would film it with Camtasia then but just drag the movie to windos Movie Maker and make a scene from (Time) to (time) whenever the scene starts and ends and then you can save tat one scene
