How-to call a conventional phone by VOIP ?

Has anyone know how to make a call to conventional call ( POST - Public Old Service Telephony ) by VOIP ?

What are special hardware required ? And what about the cost ?

Try Skype. If you use SkypeOut, you can call standard telephones at the Advertised Rates. All you need is a microphone and broadband web connection.

yes Skype i think too that Skype is the best potion for you. their rates are good.

i used to use SkypeOut until i discovered Voipbuster...call quality is great, (u have to add money to your account ofcourse) and calling lots of countries is free (the full list of countries and rates are online at www.voipbuster.com)

another interesting site i use off and on is www.peterzahlt.de (only works for landlines in a few countries though)

You can use OpenWengo to call telephone.
They give you some money to make calls when you sign up a new account.
