Domain Name Host VS. Web Host

I have some finger pointing going on between a Domain Name Host (register.com) and the Web Host (aplus.net).

The web form is sending email to the firm but they are not getting it. I add my email address the cgi form and I have no problem. I can email them direct and they will get my mail. I even had sneaky idea of forwarding the email to the email address I wanted... Darn I just can't win with this one...

I am use to dealing with both in the same host.

To make it harder they want to the two just to get along.... 8(

Use the domain of the direct mail server.

Thereafter, you can use the reply-to: in the message text to have the return address for the recipient, if user replies are expected or otherwise needed.
