wow this riia is making things wery complicated.
Page 10 section D and on is pretty interesting and true. I would NEVER use iTunes for music "downloads". It's expensive, limited in selection, and more importantly-limited with that "DRM" crap. I don't bother with P2P though because I have trouble finding anything good. However if something were done like the article suggests at the end in section VI, I might consider it. Pretty interesting article though.
They will never win. They can't sue every person in the world, or can they? They need to embrace the internet and drop the price by about a ratio of 1:10 and more people will move away from illegal downloads.
