have anyone wonder why does the good guys always win at the end of every movie???......so predictable......y can't they make a movie where the bad guy wins at the end......lolz
why does the good guys.....?
There are plenty of films where the good guys don't win. Seven is a great example. 12 Monkeys is another. I could go on and on.
The viewing public prefer to have a happy ending, or at least one that wraps up the action in a tidy manner, and that's what the studios provide.
If you want a truly great film with a very bizzare and certainly not-happy ending, you should watch The Pledge with Jack Nicholson. It was directed by Sean Penn and the end just leaves you scratching your head.

In most of the romantic movies the good guy gets the girl and it seems that in ghost stories at least one person lives.
But I prefer comedies because in them I dont care if the ending is good or bad for the good guys.
