Why can't I ever delete my files anymore

It never used to happen, but now I can barely ever delete files using ftp or file manager. I am using joomla, and it could be because of that. If a mod wants to check it out tell me.

This is what it says on file manager

Unable to delete directory /domains/shortfilmcentral.frih.net/public_html/components/com_jmovies. The directory /domains/shortfilmcentral.frih.net/public_html/components/com_jmovies is not empty

I just noticed that I can't delete ones with UID and GID opf apache.[/b]

Yes, the UID/GID of 'Apache' is causing these problems. That post tells you how to fix it
