Script Problem

Hey guys i have a question about my script on my site. The weird thing is it looks fine in IE, but looks bad in mozilla. I have a table setup in the middle of my content, and the color of it looks fine until you get to the last set of tables. Its blending in with the side panel on the left. It looks bad, if you cant see it on your browser, on my mozilla it looks like this , its basically overlapping the side panel.

Heres another question i have, with only IE as far as i know, ALL of my website is LEFT align. Its centered in the middle of the page for mozilla, but left align for IE.
