I'm not sure what the best services are. I'm looking for a decent cheap Family plan, with usable phones, user friendly everything (including tech support). I don't care about hi-tech stuff liek tv or music! Though pictures are nice....looking for two phones.

Now I'm not asking you to go and look for me, I'm just wondering, from personal experiance, out of these, which is the best bet? Have any of you had bad experiences with these?
