Maybe you'll work some more on your forum before enviting any users? Photoshop forum can be really usefull if you have good content and people, who can help with tutorials.
Also add some phpBB hacks like Quick Reply Hack - I think it must be in every forum! Work lil more on forum template, and header picture of course! Navigation bar confusing me a little, so I dislike it...
