I don't think it's really possible to convert a site from Joomla to Wordpress, as they are both different kinds of software. Joomla is a Content Management System (CMS), whereas WordPress is a blogging system.
However, I could be wrong. Don't take my word on it
Ah. Oh well...I'll make the change anyway. My podcast server uses Wordpress and now I'm hooked.
