Buying PHP based RPG

Im looking for a php rpg based game kinda like the original outwar before they went and screwed it up with that gay level up system.

If you dont know what that was its was:
Secret link for levels up
Player to Player combat
Items to increase attack, defence and income
Clan Forming and mini forums
PM system
A lotto and Blackjack system
and a few other things

My pricing will depend on how many of the needs are met and how worked out the bugs are.

I probalby will start out at a minimum price of 50 points for one that meets at least the top 5 requirements
