PNG-24 Issue in Internet Explorer 6

Hello i've problem using a background png file, when i use a picture its alright i found out a tutorial on the web which uses a small javascript file to fix the alpha transparency on IE, it works for the images using the but for the background-image: tage using CSS or STYLE it doesn't work, we can still see the border of the PNG file so there are no transparency...

The link is not working. So i cant see whats wrong

But, it would be really better if you dont use that stupid alpha filter. If only works for IE, so other browser will not show your site correctly. You should really consider chanching your layout.
And if I understand you correctly, its impossible. It only works with an image-code (<img src="picture" />) so far I know.

Just like devroom said, the link is broken. Also, I advise you to not use javascript, since that's a client side script. This website teaches you a solution to displaying transparent PNG images in IE (but IE7 has support for PNG), and it linked to a site that (i think) solves the problem of PNG backgrounds.
