You can't.
You have to request a hosting account deletion in the "Request An Account Change" forum.

Before just requesting an account change to delete the actual account, please make sure that that is what you wish to do, not simply deleting all the contents of your account's directory. With the former, you would no longer have webspace with FriHost, but you would use the latter if all you want to do is to scrap what you have done and start anew.
