PHPMYADMIN - HELP!!!

When i opened my frihost account, i tried to access phpmyadmin, but it wouldn't accept my username and password,

now whenever i try to access it, it says error wrong password / username before it even asks me.

what can i do to
a) get me user and pas 4 it

b)enter them into phpmyadmin

You need to create a databse in Direct Admin then login to PHPMyAdmin using the details you just created.

but i still get error msg(i cant access login page)

Please don't double post.

When you visit PHPMyAdmin you should get a sort of popup box asking for a username and password. You put the username and password you created for the databse in there. Don't forget your username will be your Direct Admin username underscore what you enetered into the box eg mathiaus_testusername

I click on that link and it comes up with a login box. I don't really know what to suggest. Hmm...

Tell you what, get Firefox. Download it and set it up (takes about 5 minutes, 10 mins tops) and try accessing the page with that.
