Msn messenger unable to connect

I get my msn unable to connect, i don;t know what wrong either..
can someone suggest me what should i do ?

i using MSN messenger 7.5, and i already try to fix this using Troubleshoot but i get the error when detecting key ports.

oh and i tried other messenger like trillian also but it's same, still unable to connect.

There were a few times where I had troulbe connecting through MSN. Then I realized that in IE, I was connected through a proxy server. So MSN took a long time to connect and usually just ended up not connecting at all. So you may want to check that.

Maybe you should consider upgrading to windows live mail. It is nicer and has more features. And I almost experience no problem using it. I managed to log in everything. Wink

i downloaded live messenger yesterday, and i tried it, but it seem the problem still same. #but sometimes it can login wew... but i dont get thing error on yahoo messenger #, is msn always hard to login ??

last time i also experienced the same problem u stated...but then i reset all my network setting and firewall....now all is ok alr....
