HTML-Kit Tools for Windows. Anyone using it?

I'm a big fan of HTML-Kit. As far as a free HTML Editor goes, I think it can't be beat.
I came across this page at the Chami website.

Apparently, it's a new version (build 300) of HTML Kit that can be had for about $50.
Now as much as I enjoy the 292 version, I am intrigued by a nwer version. So I'm wondering if anyone here has taken the plunge and purchased it or has any input about it.

Looks cool, but I use notepad++ mostly now so I wouldn't spend money on it.

I use the program and I love it.....There is so much it can do and so much it can help you with if you can't remember a code and such
