Unlike Rossss, it looks like you are providing DIRECT access to illegal fansubs. Also, you have direct downloads of dubs!
As for the actual content, you don't have anything new I couldn't find at a half-dozen other websites. Also a lot of your information looks to be directly cribbed (or only slightly changed) from sites like Bleach Portal and Bleach7. Do we really need ANOTHER Bleach site?
That is correct. Hosting torrents of any kind is prohibited on any FriHost servers. So you best remove them or you risk being banned.

Even just linking to direct torrents is still counted as a Torrent Site, however if you direct link to the torrent's host site, I don't know if you will be penalized for it. I'm guessing yes, but not sure to be honest.
