Request: Site Graphics... Will pay big FriH$

OK, basically... what i need is the following -

width - 664 pixels
height - 200 pixels

and basically, you see this is what is the header at the moment of my site - http://www.outlawspirit.com/images/main2.jpg

See the grey on the edges? i need that to remain on the graphic being made so it will fit in with my template... ok, so what do i want?

Images - search google images, and find any decent pictures under '2pac' or http://www.outlawspirit.com/images and use the images titled 'pacyak' and 'yakpac', and include this guy aswell as the 2pac pictures -

I want it to look professional... and i want the text - OutlawSpirit.com written on it... choose a decent font... it's basically upto you, but that's the sort of idea... and make it tight... if i get a tight graphic i will pay out the FriH$'s... you can have all of mine that i have...

I want to know if you want a flashy banner or
a sober one with simple graphics

flashy includes special effects with lightning and other effects
in dark colours or light colours
