RANK IMAGES ---- PLEASE LOCK

I have a set of rank images that I need someone to make for me. They have to be in a similar style to the Frihost forum ranks. There has to be some text in the middle and an icon on the right in each rank. Each rank must be 147x31 pixels. Here are the ranks with the text and the images given:

Benchwarmer (bench)
Rookie (clown face)
Amateur (football)
Semi Pro (football with wings)
Seasoned Professional (football inside goal)
Veteran Footballer (football with boots)
World Class Player (globe but instead of earth there is a football)
FF President (flag with football on it)
Referee (whistle)
Midfield Maestro (zidane's face)
Midfield Wizard (ronaldinho's face)
Goal Machine (shevchenko's face)
Fiery Footballer (football with fire around it)
Yellow Card (yellow card)
Red Card (red card)

The reward is 250 frih$. Not only that, but you will also get a free set of ranks for your Site of any number at my rank shop. You can also advertise on my Site for free. Just make sure you have an image which is 88x31 pixels in dimensions or similar to that in dimensions. If you don't, I'll make one for you!
