Thought I'd post and say hello and tell everyone a bit about me.
I'm 23 years old, I've just moved to Cardiff from Llanelli, and I've recently started doing freelance web development work. The free hosting here seemed like a good deal so I thought I'd check it out. I will probably use it to host a site for myself, and also to temporarily host client sites so clients can see their site while it is in development.
My biggest interest is probably music; I play guitar, bass, drums, piano/synthesiser and will happily attempt to play any other instrument I happen to get my hands on. One of my housemates creates electronic music under the name Drone, and along with a few other people I form a band which he uses when playing live gigs, which is very good fun.
A lot of the website stuff I've been doing has involved osCommerce, but I have also worked with various CMS and bulletin board apps. I'm thinking of combining the web development with my interest in music and providing content management systems aimed at musicians and bands.
