Hello,
I am making a video but i would like to have some cool titles in it that move and everything does anyone here know a program i could use to do this?

Not sure about this, try Windows Movie Maker, or Google some programs. Adobe Premiere and After Effects are both very good.

Most of the video editing tools do it. Try Pinnacle or ULead.
