When I go to install any program in Fantastico it gives me

Can anyone help?
Ok you need to put a user to that database. Do add user to the database your using.
but the user it trys to connect with cannot be created because it goes like siteuser_databaseuser
Are you Simulator.frihost.net?, cos im in your cpanel now ill take a look.
you have 8 databases, what the one your using for this?.

So it gives you that error no matter what you try to install?.
Hmmm weried, has it always done this or just today?. Always! and in phpMyAdmin I can't create databases

Ok, well I cant try installing soemthing as im not on the root account, bondings can have a go when hes on and see whats up.Do you maybe want me to make a new account?
If you can transfer all my files yes please! but if not then no thanks! Maybe reinstalling Cpanel?

Transferring your files or reinstalling cpanel aren't valid options for me. However I can make a second account for you, and give you some time before deleting the first one.Ok how about I post back here when I have downloaded it all.
