Remember remember the 5th of November.
I really loved the movie V for Vendetta and am going to read the comic book if I have time. There were quite a few memoral lines from that play. Perhaps one of my favorites was:
V: People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.
Evey Hammond: And you're going to make that happen by blowing up a building?
V: The building is a symbol, as is the act of destroying it. Symbols are given power by people. Alone, a symbol is meaningless, but with enough people, blowing up a building can change the world.
What were everyone else's favorites?

This post will likely get moved to the Movies and television forum.
I liked the movie a lot, personally - had never heard of the comics/graphic novel before.
I just wish there had've been a gag reel, commentary & some deleted scenes on the 2-disc edition.
My favorite line was "Words offer the means to meaning and, for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth."

I did not like the graphic novels but the movie was great.
The lines are far too many, and far too good, for me to pick any favourite. But I'll might find one soon. Tonight I am going to start reading the comic

The movie was great. I'd love to buy the graphic novel when I get some cash.
