50 frih-make site compatible w/ diffrent screen resolutions

i have a very basic html page. All that's on the page is a few buttons (gif files) a banner and a small paragraph.
I'm paying 50 frih if you can make it compatible with diffrent resolutions. The problem is that if you see the page in a 800*600 resolution the page doesn't fully show on the screen. I need someone to fix this for me.

does anyone want to give this a try?
