Which would be the best config i can get 4 this..?

I would want

512mb ram
and 60gb hdd

not sure if should go for dual core or single..

I would like to buy HP preferably. Is it the best choice to go for..?What do you guys suggest. Please lemme know

Many 1.1k laptops have 1gig of ram already. Personally I dont really like HP, they seems big and bulky. Look into dell laptops, they sometimes have great deals (unlike their PC's >.>).

I'd suggest a Macbook from Apple..... Cool

. It comes with 512Mb of RAM, a 60Gb HD, and the best part, OS X.

OS X is bad for the average PC user, the transition is too rocky and it is always a hassle to switch back and forth from PC to mac (since everyone else has a PC).

Dell also has many cheap but good options. You can also customise them to your needs. They always have specials on too, for example: free case, upgrade 512ram - 1gb for free, extra 100GB Hdd etc. Just keep your eye on the site for a month or so.
