ACSII data to HTML

Here is the question.

If I have data in plain text format (ASCII charcters in a *.txt or other file),
how can I read them and display in HTML?

Probably the quickest and easiest way would be to copy/paste the whole thing into a WYSIWIG HTML editor, or open it in a word processor that will allow you to export it as HTML.
