Which one is best and why?
I am looking for install a Content Management System to my website, but i'm in doubt about those CMS...
Some friends tell me to install php-nuke, others say Xoops and anothers say that Joomla is best?

Could anyone help-me?

Don't use one unless you're actually going to put effort in how your site looks and feels. Use PHP-Nuke if you are going to try, and I reccomend it simply because it has several useful plugins preinstalled and easy integrating forum systems - PnForum, and PnPhpBB.

The people who have already posted in the "Favorite CMS." thread may be able to help, which is why you should always search before mindlessly creating duplicate topics.
