Some problem on the server 2 ?

I am getting a Internal Server Error just now while visiting my mambo and almost all of my php scripts. And they just worked fine yesterday and i made no change of them....
BTW?I usually fail to connect to the server these two days....
Frihost is the best free hosting provider i have seen ..

So, I want to know that what problem occouring on the server..
