On Tuesday, I ripped 49 albums (52 discs including multiple discs) to my iTunes library. I had backed up the system Monday night and then backed up my system again on Tuesday.
After the Tuesday backup, windows said I had 76.3 GB capacity, 6.95 GB available on my external hard drive. After the Monday backup windows had said I had 10.6 GB available. However, Norton Ghost read 78133 MB capacity, 61313 MB used after both backups. Apparently, Ghost is not recognizing capacity for certain sectors or something. However, when I back up my internal and external to my other external the backup took 90.5 GB Tuesday, but 86.8 GB the day before. Thus, it is backing up all the files (as far as I can tell) but not recognizing their capacity use. Furthermore, it seems to be recognizing the big hard drive capacity correctly: (Windows: 298 GB capacity 44.9 GB available, Ghost: 305242 KB capacity 259191 KB used). What is going on with my 80 GB hard drive and ghost?
