The header of the site is to big, to read the content you must scroll the page.
To much colourfull, as for me...
Nice iframe using. That's all I can say for now.

Afterwords: you need to work some more on your template. Start with background colour (white), this is also the colour of your navigation block.

As it is said before by Alie, the banner is deffinatly to big. You really need to reduce the size by 2/3 of its height.
The rest is OK, it's easy to navigate.
Don't know about the colors, they're not my colors Smile
