web site hacked, need help deleting files

Hi,
my website was hacked. I've deleted most of the files and dors from it, but there are some which are protected (by the cracker) and I can't remove them.
Please help.

I used a hebrew Nuke version and phpBB. full of holes...
I am changung the site concept so I will choose a different platform. probably a blog cms.

the thing is I will probably have to work hard to translate the system to hebrew, and I don't have the time.
If i will deciede pn a cms so I might use drupal, which is more secure. I hope...

ok, this is really annoying... Sad

it was hacked again, after the account recreation. I installed word press, just to play with it a little. the index page was a static html page, something like "be back later". are all the cms system so weak and vulnerable? I changed my account password again, could it be something in frihost system?

I don't think you can change your files via wordpress? which would lead me to believe somebody is getting your DA/ftp password. I suggest changing it to something longer that includes small and capital letters, numbers and symbols.

Anyway, I think mathiaus is right.
Someone probably knows your DA password.
As soon as your account gets reset this time, change the password to something else. If possible, I suggest changing the password to your email account as well. If someone has access to your email account, they can probably still get your DA password.

Change your emails, frihosts forums, databases passwords.
Maybe someone is reading your email or your PM. I konw im a little paranoic. but it could help.

I dont think thats a problem related with frih server.

Drupal like others cms have security problems. I suggest you to download a "test server".

Then download and play with your favourite cms, apply the security patches. Try to find how secure is your cms finding exploits and its fixes. Install the most recent version!

thnkas. the charset conversion looks like a very usefukk program, I will need it to convert my old DB to a utf-8 one.

I changed most of my password, and so far i think everything is ok.
now I have to figure out how to get my points count up... Wink
