I need a good Blog script with or without database please suggest some names

Wordpress this is the largest used blog system out there...
and
Movable Type

If you have hosting without databases, you can try czech product http://www.elka.cz/easybloge/. You need MS Windows and FTP account. All is fully offline. Sample output can be seen at http://weblog.jakpsatweb.cz/. Hope that helps.
