hi guys, i need a blog program that could run without database, are those any you could recommand to me? The best is supporting muti-language, thank you.

You could get a blogger account (www.blogger.com) and in the configuration you set it up with ftp info. Then it will upload pure html to your webhotel). I guess it something like that you are looking for - and not a blog editor.

Greymatter is a PERL blogging system and does not use MySQL. It is very easy to configure and comes already with a layout. You can read more about it here. Another PHP blog software that does not use MySQL is Pivot from PivotLog
