Unreachable URLS- Google My Sites

Here is an image of my unreachable urls (57) Total.
I want to know how to let robots.txt crawl my site to these urls please let me know.

Google Web Crawl cannot reach these urls. I do not know if its blocked or what. I can see that the links work though.

Network unreachable means the server was probably restarting during this time so it was unavailable. Unless you are blocking these pages in robots.tx it will automaticly allow them access.

Ohhh, so its Frihosts Server Downtime problem?
