Upcoming Job - 450 Frih$ Paycheck

I need a complete website setup, I will pay 450 Frih$.

I need to have:

Flash player at the start

-This needs to be attractive
-Needs to say:

Main: Welcome to West-Ease
Sub: The Westies Local Radio

Have a link saying "To main website", this will have a link to the main html part of the website...

Html - Main Website

-Needs to have good graphics, logo will also need to be made, if you can do this I will add 20 Frih$ to the overall price.

-I will need you to make areas where text can be made, and where I can manually add text myself, this needs to be done professionally without fuss.

-It needs to be a relaxing, but on top of that, a very professional layout, attracting members to look in.

There needs to be a page made for each, and every page to be a copy of the main page (layout).

I am able to do it as well.

Though I do not have any examples as of yet, I believe that this is the perfect start for me!

I will develop your site so that it is compatible with Internet Explorer 5.5 and up along with Opera and Mozilla Firefox. I use both CSS and HTML without any tables for faster page loading. I will also make it fit to and presentable in SVGA browsers (800x600)

I can give you full bragging rights to say that you made the site if you want, but I return for that, All I ask is a link to my site (gwplus.net) in your footer.

I dont think that this is possible with HTML, however, I can add comments in the code so you know where everything goes and and can teach you how to add comments and links into the site.

If you go ahead and make me a decent and good enough layout, I will start writing up the text and info I want included in this website. I will have the text by the end of this week, as I am currently studying for my exams coming up in a fortnight.
