Hey, well yesterday I was trying to think of a movie I wanted to see, and I remembered one, but I dont have a clue what the name of it is.
I remember that it was about a guy that did some kind of secret work and he got his memory whiped everytime he finished a job so he couldnt tell anyone about what he did.
But a year or so after he did some job the govt is trying to figure out what he did, and trying to get him to remember. All he has are a few clues that he left himself.
or something like that.
Does anyone know what movie this is?

Nah, it actually was just on tv a couple of days ago.
I liked it. It wasn't great, but it was worth seeing. I liked Johnny Mnemonic better, though. Has more of a cyperpunk feel which worked greate with Keannu Reeves.
If you wanna watch another move with that theme try Memento.
heh, well that johhny movie was semi amusing, but the language was too much for me, I just got sick and tired of watching it.
Momento is a good movie also, but I think I have seen that too many times... never can decide on how I want the ending to go,
as for paycheck, havent started it yet, might watch that tonight.

I don't think Memento qualifies for this question. It was an accident type amnesia instead of a secret government erasing your memory.
I didn't really care for Paycheck, although it looked really good.
Johnny Nemonic (I'm sure I spelled this wrong) was horrible. Keanu Reeves and some hot girl were in it. Ice-T was also. I always end up watching it when it is on, but I don't know why because I thought it was crap.
Wow, Memento and Paycheck weren't even on the same level.
Memento was an intelligent subtly directed movie whereas Paycheck was complete pap.
It also had one of the worst case of "car-explodes-at-tinyest-impact" that I have seen in a movie for a good while
