Need help remembering cartoon.

I remember when I was young and at my babysitter's house I watched this cartoon where this girl gets cloned when a scientist extracted some genetic material from her armpit. I'm not sure, but I think in the end the clone becomes the heroine of the show. Does anyone know what it is?

Is it a cartoon/anime? I don't remember, but it might have been shown on MTV or something. It was so long ago, I tried googling what I remembered and I got a lot of undesired results.

The only thing that comes to mind is the original Aeon Flux, and I haven't seen it in awhile, but I remember it to be quite awsome. Even if it isn't what you're looking for, I'd still suggest checking it out. It was the only anime style cartoon I remember being on MTV.

I did some research on what you and and man you hit it right on the money. I had no idea Aeon Flux was even a cartoon. Heh, thanks a lot. It was bugging me what that show was. Did you konw if it was any good overall?

Haha, yeah, it was a really weird cartoon on MTV. It was around the same time that Beavis and Butthead were around. The fly getting stuck in her eyelid was... gross to say the least. The art was hecka trippy with her being toothpick thin and ripped Razz
