I'm no Lawyer, But I did notice that Frihost's TOS is extremely Lax, It doesnt have any mention for Indemnification, User Responsibilities and such. Most Sites usually have massive TOS, Which I admit is a Huge Hassle to read, But it's to protect yourself from Law suits and such!
Update the User Agreement
I'll be updating the TOS somewhere in september if everything works out fine. For your information, a TOS doesn't have to "sound legal" or be very long. And I really want it to be very clear and easy to understand.
Sometimes a massive TOS is there in order for people not to read it, hiding several important details. (like "you will be fined xxx$ when ...")
