I recently got into a call centre and i've been working full time for a good weeks. My intention was to earn some money and get some experience so that I could get into a helpdesk job (I previously wanted a job in IT) but in the two weeks i've been more involved in sales in the call centre and i've been doing well for myself (although i don't get commissions). Recently i've decided to take it a step further by changing from my small campaign which was resubscribing people into book and cd clubs into joining the BIG BOYS. What I mean by "big boys" is that i'm going to be selling insurance for a major bank and if I do go well in this campaign as well, i guess i'll leave my IT dream behind me and move along to becoming a sales manager of some sort (team leader).
