1. First download CutePrinter from

3. Open the PDB file in the PDB viwer for windows (ISILO)
4. Just press the Print Button, then select the CutePDF Printer from the name,, then press ok, it will paginate the PDB file and It will prompt you to save the file as
just select the place to save and and the name, thats it.
Note:
If you see 10 pages in th Isilo Reader, on paginating it will increase.
Tip:
In case of Huge Documents with 2000 pages, Split the conversion to 500 pages for easy and fast access.
Limitations:
The Internal links will not be maintained in The PDF format printed.
