I don' think you'll find them...it's software from google or yahoo and I don't think they'll share it with everyone...

You can't find anywhere Google Spider software nor Yahoo Spider software neither any search engine spider software.
Google has search algorithm and a part of this algorithm has inbuilt "software" that crawls regularly sites using Google serch techology that is based on Page Rank and relevant links that point to a site. So if yoou are after having top placements on Google or Yahoo you need good content and many relevant links to a site.
If you meant just for Spider software that can show how Google sees a page or a software that crawl and shows all pages from a site then there are many online web based free that you can find exactly on Google or Yahoo, just search the topic software you need.
